PDFLite AI processes documents locally whenever possible. When you use AI features, selected text may be sent to our backend for processing. Chat logs are stored on Cloudflare (Cloudflare infrastructure) to provide conversation history, quality improvements, and analytics. We do not sell personal data.

What data PDFLite AI stores
- Account / profile data (e.g., identifiers needed to provide the service and subscription status).
- Chat logs related to AI usage (stored on Cloudflare infrastructure).
- Basic app analytics and diagnostics (to improve stability and performance).

Retention period
- We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, compliance, and legitimate business purposes.
- Chat logs stored on Cloudflare are retained for a limited period and may be purged earlier as part of routine cleanup.
- Some records may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.
How to request data deletion (since in-app deletion is not available)
- Submit the form below and choose Request Data Deletion, or email us.
- Include the email/identifier used in PDFLite AI and any details that help us locate your data.
- We may request additional verification to protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion.

We delete or anonymize (as applicable) account/profile data and associated chat logs stored on Cloudflare, unless retention is required by law or for security/fraud prevention.
